P90X: Final Day!

Well, I did it! Finished P90X — wasn't sure it was possible at first. I feel and look so much better and now I am looking forward to starting it all over again.

Bring it...!

I'm a P90X Grad.

Changes?

Just added the new measurements for the second month. Not much in changes, but I know I am stronger, fitter and have more endurance.

Next month...

Phase Three: Week One, Day One

Amazing... I made it this far! 

Chest & Back with Ab Ripper X — So tough to do. I increased strength, but this is a killer workout.

It's worth it, though. I noticed that my Swing Dancing is SO much better since I have more muscle strength, endurance and agility.

Phase Two: Week Three!

Well, it's working. I feel and look stronger. No weight change, yet, but that's to be expected as I am building muscle.

I am now past the half-way point and going strong!

Phase Two: Week Two

Got through week one. Not so easy! Having a small time management problem, but I am getting all my workouts in.

Looking forward to a productive Week Two.
