Okay.  I am back to the drawing board.  I haven't been working out consistently or anything.  I had sort of given up on losing weight because it just seemed like nothing worked!  

But you never give up.  You never say no!  You get back on the horse and you keep trying.  

I have a new workout partner and I start with an Insanity workout in the morning.  I am excited and apprehensive at the same time.  

I am developing a plan to keep myself accountable and on track!
