Well the second week was a vast improvement from the first. I can actually walk after a workout :)

I can already see a difference in my appearance but the real change so far, is my energy, and overall good feeling. I can actually walk up stairs without being winded and after a workout/recovery drink, I feel so refreshed and ready for my day.

As for my diet, I DON"T! However, I have changed my eating habits with the "P90x nutrion plan"!!! My metabolism is increasing daily and I find myself filling full halfway through a normal dinner.

Now for week three, I am starting Shakeology and hoping for some fantastic results!
