Back & Biceps

Well i am in week 4 of P90x.  Back and biceps was really great.  Nice change of pace, this is a fun workout and really goes by fast.  I think it's like 51 mins.  This last week I have been really hungry, been at about 2000 cals a day and always feel like I could eat another meal.  Weight is holding steady and I am starting to see more defined upper body.  Still working on the little bid of a roll left on the stomach. 

Chest & Back

P90x is still going great.  I see my numbers getting better each day.  I am really using my tracking charts to push myself past the last workout.  It hasn't been 30 days and I can already strart to see results in the mirror.  This is so great!!!

 

 

Day 8 Chest & Back

Day 8   Is done and in the bag.  I really worked hard during this workout and during the second round I wasn't able to even do one diamond pushup.  My arms were like jelly.  I am thinking that maybe I hadn't eaten enough earlier to give my body energy for everything I was doing "bonking"  I am really going to watch the this week.  Weight is at 220.  Still using bands for the pullups.  Next week I will have a bar installed and moving to that in place of the bands.

Day 4 P90x Yoga

Boy what a workout..  I was sweating like you wouldn't believe at the 30 minute mark and my shirt was soaked at 60 mins.  This is a great workout that really works the core and your flexablilty.  I wasn't able to do every move some not enough balance and others not enough strength.

I am really trying to focus on my diet but just can't get the right ratios of carbs, fat and protiens, the total cals are working out fine.  I don't want to do all of this work and not get all of the benefits from it.

Day 3 Arms & Shoulders

Day 3 what a great workout.  I really enjoyed it.  I can really feel it in my arms right now.  This first week I am getting all of the moves down.  It is really important to track what you lift so that the next round you can really bring it!  Time for dinner.
