Power 90 day 1

I did the first Power 90 workout and it went well. It was great to have my wife workout with me since she wants to get into shape after having our first child. So I am going to do my best to get her to go the full 90 days.

 

Overall the workout was not too strenuous. Tony ran us through the basics of a full body workout. The 30 minute duration works well with a 10 week old baby. We finished just as she was getting up for a feeding.

 

We also took some before pictures which was traumatizing. I really didn't think I hadn't gotten as out of shape as I have. Sticking to the eating plan will be a focus so I can shed this fat around my midriff. I posted them in my profile for extra motivation.
