No excuses

No excuses. This has been my 2 words of encouragement to myself over the last 4 months. Everytime I think, 'oh I can skip my work out' ... NOPE. I choose to live in a town where GOOD food is in abundance, I'm not going to miss out, but I am going to be smart about what I eat, and in turn... how much I move and how intense that movement will be.

Write down your goals... Don't let someone dictate what your goals are... WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF? Put it down, then be realistic about what steps you need to take to get there and how long it will take.

Set the markers, you can always change them. They are yours after all =)
