Day two

It's day two of my 5th round of P90X. I've been on and off at times, and these last 8 months I was really off. I did Insanity, which was great, but my eating was terrible throughout most of the program. So, I came back to the basics; clean eating, rough workouts, and a go ahead attitude that I used to have.

 

It's a new year, and a new start for a lifetime of changes for me. Plyo was great today, and it felt good to, "think like a cat," again with Tony Horton, this 50+ year old man now, hopping along, challenging me to push harder and get that extra rep in.

 

Tomorrow is Shoulders and Arms/Ab Ripper X day. For this whole month, sticking strictly to the classic workout routine, and keeping my eating 80-90% clean. Working toward 100%, but that's another work in progress.

 

 

If you want it bad enough, you'll make the change. This time, I want it more than anything.
