I have done this previously and it definitely helped me, but I had fallen off the wagon!  Now its time to get back on and track again.  For me, it is just easier to grab a note book and write down what I am eating.  How about you? 

 

 

Another workout in the books!

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I felt like I really needed to workout, so I did Cardio Party!  Felt so good to sweat with purpose, other than just standing around sweating for no good reason.

Now, off to the shower!  Had my Shakeology today, twice, feel great!

 

New Beginning!

Again, I am starting to workout!  For the umteenth time.  Figured I would try working out in the evening after the kids went to bed for school.  They start tomorrow.  It felt great to workout!  I love working out, I just don't know why I can't stay on task!  Do other struggle with this same problem?
