I have done this previously and it definitely helped me, but I had fallen off the wagon!  Now its time to get back on and track again.  For me, it is just easier to grab a note book and write down what I am eating.  How about you?

Yes, the notebook thing is easy for me too. I logged food online for quite some time while wearing the BodyMedia Body Bugg but now my hubby is wearing it. I didn't mind logging it on the computer or the phone app, but it is really easy with a notebook...provided you know what the calorie count is and are accurate.
