New Year, new me. Goals
1) Nail nurtrition, I am going to figure out how to make food work for me.
2) Body fat is going to drop into the teen's
3) I am going to reach my goal body!
4) I will post my weight weekly & measurements and body fat monthly.
I definately have gotten much stronger over the last year, and I have no doubt put on muscle, however, I haven't found the right caloric balance to get my body fat down where I would like to see it. In taking my weight and measurements today, my body has grown, in every measurement I took, not what I was looking for. I want to get smaller, leaner and tighter.
New year, new approach, I will be starting the year w/ 12 weeks of ChaLEAN Extreme. I have found by lowering the weights I use, and really focusing on form, I am much sorer, and truely feel it more than before. I will be slowing my reps down, not getting caught up in the "number" on the weights, and really work on mastering perfect form.
By making food work for me and nailing my workouts, I will be able to reach my goals!
