Day 115

Yipee!!! Lost another 1.8 lbs.  So happy after my italian meal last night.  Even happier about measurements.  I finally updated my body measurements and I lost a total of 29 inches from when i started my life over.  TWENTY-NINE freaking inches!!!!!!! Holy cow. I am so excited. Yes i have noticed the loose clothes. But to see the new numbers and get a total YeHAAAA!!! Oh and with those 1.8 gone, i finally entered a new decade.

Now off to my workout. New week! New experiences! New challenges to face head on!!!! New rewards to follow!!!

Day 112

Burn 3. Another good workout.  Really worked the shoulders today.  I have one weak shoulder that i tend to favor and worry about hurting, but i did push it a little harder, so will be interesting to see how it works.

Menu plan is still very easy to follow. My only problem is making the time to eat when i am hungry.  Plan, plan, plan it is always the key. Enjoying all the new recipes.

Life is good.  My goal for the next week, is to get more sleep. The late nights are affecting my energy level.

 

Day 111

Holy cow what a freaking hard, exciting wonderful workout!!! I am so sore from yesterday, but i really tried to push it to the limit.  Had some great sweat and burned out on a few exercises.

Food was great today.  Such delicious dishes and satisfying.  I enjoyed the tastes and the feelings of satisfaction.  I am learning how little it takes to satisfy my appetite.  the lessons are learned daily.

Busy, stressful day. But i kept me in mind and took care of myself.  i come first and all others are taken care of naturally because of it.

Day 110

Third day on the program, second workout.  Great workout, really pushed the weight this time and felt burned out at the end.  Loved it!

First day i wasn't happy with the meals.  Breakfast was barely satisfying. Dinner wasn't so tasty.  Also had to be late, due to schedules.  I hated that.  Stress creeping in.

By the end of the day, I am already feeling the soreness.  Tomorrow will be interesting.

Day 109

Today was "rest" day.  I did the YBB cardio caberet this morning.  It was fun and a great way to start the day.

Another delicious day of meals.  Always wonder if it will be enough to eat and have yet to feel hungry after the meal.

Wish my sister was here to participate with my brother and i, but am so happy more family is joining the journey.  This just feels so good not to share with others.  Others have begun to ask "what i am doing".  I have to share what i learn along the way and hope that it clicks with someone.

Am I perfect? No. Does anyone think i am? No.  But i never give up.
