Here we go!!!!

Second try with Insanity.  My legs are feeling like jello after that workout.  My goal is to somehow make it the sixty days :)

Here I go again!

Hi all:

Just finished another week one,,, I had a pretty bad cold for a week so I decided to start week one over again.  This should have been the end of week 3.  I feel pretty good, Legs and Back tonight was a killer.  I guess the official end of week one will be tomorrow.  My diet has been getting much better and I hope it will help my results this round.  I intend to hit this 90 days with everything I have.  In other words I intend to "Bring It"

New start

Started a new round today.  It was tough, I have been riding my bike during the summer.  So it was amazing how my numbers and strength went down.  Oh well, Chest and Back is in the books.

Back at it

I am getting back into the workout routine after being in San Francisco last week.  I did get a lot of walking in, but no P90X level workouts.  I am paying for it this week, big time.  But it is coming back!  Need to keep moving forward.  Still not losing weight like I would expect.  Trying Shakeology this month hoping that replacing one meal a day with it would help, but so far the results have been minimal :(.  Was in the VIP Chat room with Tony last night, he said to give up alcohol, dairy, gluten, animal products, and coffee!  I can not see that happening, there is not a whole lot to eat if you take those away.
