Hello all... sorry it's been so long since I've been here on this blog.  The good news is that my new website is up and running.. and my completed Asylum blog is over there.  Check it out at tupperfitness.com.  In addition to my Asylum blog, you will find my facebook feed, my BB store, fit tips, news, recipes, YouTube and Twitter links and more...

Since I will be blogging over there, I will only check in here once in a while, so go over and join me! :)

Asylum

So, I've been waiting for Asylum to be released for what seems like forever.  It's finally here... I've opened it up, read the booklets cover to cover and now I'm ready to begin.  Kinda feels like being 10 years old, standing at the end of high diving board, feeling the air fill up your lungs just before you take the leap....

I've done 2 rounds of Insanity and still include it in my weekly rotation, but something about this one...maybe the reviews or maybe seeing the incredible results others have achieved and since I'm not new to this, I surely know the work that it takes to get those kinds of results.  One thing is for sure...I'm going to get pushed to the limit, and you know what???  I can't wait.  This body has come a long way in 5+ years, now I want to see what it can do... I want more.

Time flies...

Can't believe it's been so long since I've written here!...

Things have been very busy since my BB open house on March 10th.  I was able to pick up a bunch of interest and have been having many new member meetings.  And, thrilled to learn that another coach has signed up on my team!  It's exciting to see the hard work paying off and being able to pay it forward at the same time.  On track to meet my goals!

motivating other people

...just something that I sometimes struggle with...  how to get people to realize that they are headed down a path that they don't want to be on?  Someone who was once healthy, took exercise seriously, who now is steadily gaining weight, barely breaks a sweat and is seemingly in denial that it is happening.  My life used to be in that place, on that road.... and luckily I woke up and turned it around.  Now everyday, I am committed to helping others reach their fitness goals, but yet, there are those who remain unreachable... why?  Having been in both places, I just don't get it.

I will keep pushing on and help those who want and need my help, because that is my biggest reward, and I will make sure I am still here for those who are not yet strong enough to ask for it.

Benefits

Don't you love the feeling when it feels like things start coming together and all your hard work is on the verge of paying off?  Kinda what I feel like now.  We've been planning a BB Open House for next month and in the course of advertising and networking I've been contacted by many people who are asking for help to get their life back and get fit and healthy.  The most obvious benefit to coaching is financial, but the most personally rewarding is the feeling that you truly paying it forward in a meaningful way.
