Wow Amy!! What a testimony you have! I would love to be your buddy. Maybe you can give me some tips. I'm on Day 67 of P90X and loving it. Have had great results...struggle a little with the nutrition part. I'll check out your blog and other links now.

Hi Becca, Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm happy to be your buddy. Congrats on 67 days of P90X..it's a great program! Nutrition is a struggle for most people, but it is truly the key to getting the best results possible from any program. My advice would be to make sure you know how many calories you need, how many you are burning and how many you are consuming daily. Also, try to make sure you are eating 3 meals and 2 snacks daily to keep your metabolism fired up. There are some great healthy choices in the guidebook, or here on the Meal Planner. Also, if you don't already have it, get some Shakeology... it is the cornerstone of my daily nutrition and I wouldn't go a day without it. It makes all the difference for me.
