Hunger pangs may mean you need water, not food.

Your body often confuses sensations of thirst with hunger. If you have eaten within the last two hours but still feel hungry, try a glass of water rather than a snack. It just might tame your hunger.

What time you eat is not an issue.

Truth: It does not matter what time of day you eat. It is what and how much you eat and how much physical activity you do during the whole day that determines whether you gain, lose, or maintain you weight.

Muscle will never become Fat.

TRUTH: Firm, toned muscles may degenerate into soft, mushy muscles, but they will not turn into fat. Muscle cells and fat cells are two completely different tissues and neither can ever turn into the other.
