Lately it seems that life has become busier and chaotic.  With that exercise seems to get pushed to the side and before you know it weight has been gained and it is harder to get back into a routine.  I have reached a point where I don't want to be and have come to the conclusion it is time for a change.  My goals are set and there are no more excuses!
