Day 44

Hey Today is day 44 of this round of the X. Me and my wife have been almost perfect with this round(we missed 1 workout due to traveling for the holidays). Itis fun working out together because we push even harder when we are together. There are some days that when I work we don't get to and she says she feels like she didn't push as hard.

Day 15

Hello everyone,

Well it’s been a while since I have updated this thing. SORRY!
I finished my last round of my Hybrid plan just before Thanksgiving and was just doing a couple of weeks of P90X 1on1 until after Thanksgiving so my wife would start P90X with me.
We started 15 days ago and we haven’t missed a day yet. Just had to move the rest day around to work around the crazy schedules we have with the kids after school activities (CCD, Gymnatics,Tae Kwon DO).
I have been surprised at how working out with another person yo really push yourself even harder. The lasst 2 workouts I have pushed myself to the limits of almost throwing up!
My wife has made it through the first 2 weeks ok. Just very sore. Can’t wait to see how she does at the end.

This round will be a Classic round of P90X with her. i will throw in the occasional 1on1 or Insanity Fast and Furious for a little extra but not on an everyday basis.

I promise I will try and keep this updated more often!

Day 16 WOW it’s been a long time since I updated this. Time to get back to doing as much as possible. I have Finished Insanity. WOW what a Program!! I loved it! I definitely saw some more definition in my abs and legs from it. I have to get mt pictures together and send them in for my T-Shirt. I have started a Hybrid of P90X/X+/Insanity/One On One . I’m on day 16 now and feel great. Yesterday I did One on One 30/15 routine for the first time. That is a great workout to switch up Chest and Back. This is my schedule that I have been using: Week 1-3 Monday – P90X Chest and Back or 30-15/ Ab Ripper X Tuesday - Insanity Plyo or P90X Plyo Weds. - P90X Shoulders and Arms / Cardio abs Thursday- Yoga Friday – P90x Legs and Back/p90x+ Abs Core Plus Week 4 Recovery week I will be adding the schedule for the next 4 weeks after I figure it out.

Today was day 24 of Insanity! Plyo Cardio Circuit. Was a little rough working out this morning as I had to workout early at 0530hrs. I have to work at the firehouse today for the next 24hrs. The workouts feel much better then in the begining. I feel like I am losing that extra weight in my mid section now. I can't beleve it is almost day 30. i will be updating pictures after that.

1 Year ago today is the day I started using Beachbody products. I finally decided to do something about my health. I started with power 90 and after 90 days I was down from 252 to 230. I felt like I was ready for p90X. i started right after power90 and am about to finish my 3rd round next week. I have had great results and I will be starting Insanity after this round. CAN"T BELIEVE IT IS A YEAR ALREADY!!!
