Insanity Again!

Darn winter pounds are on their way out! I've been inspired by my hubby who has been working out with Insanity and getting great results.

Back to Slim in 6!

On Thanksgiving I ran a 10K and realized I wanted to strengthen my legs. When I did Slim in 6 nearly two years ago I was shocked by my lower body strength. It has to be all of those squats and lunges! In August I ran a half marathon and hope to do a full marathon soon (once my legs strengthen up)!

P90X- Loving it Again

Day 4 of P90X. I love this program! It is hard, but yet easy. How is that? Well, the moves are pretty straight forward, nothing tricky or fast, yet the number of reps and weight- ouch! Squats, jumps, curls, abs, back, tricep- all easy to target, but man oh man! Today is Yoga X and nothing is more challenging than supporting my own weight! But I love it! I did Power 90, Power 90 Master Series and P90X two years ago and loved, loved it. It works, and it works fast!

Running the 10Ks again!

I forgot to add I ran a 10K on April 24th. It was more of a steep hike! I have another 10K scheduled for April 2nd. I hope to finish in 1 hr and 10 min. I will finish a half marathon this year!

INSANITY DAY 3

Today was recovery day, but why am I dripping with sweat? LOVE IT!
