I have had P90X for a few years now. I would get on a kick and do the program for a little bit then quit. THen pick it back up for a bit and quit again. Well earlier this year I had had enough and I decided it was time to get rid of this fat and come Hell or high water I was going to get rid of it. I worked hard using a hybrid P90x and weight training schedule I lost 29 pounds of fat in 12 weeks.

Since then I have continued with my workouts and have added Insanity to the mix and am up around 40# of Fat lost and have put on a few pounds of muscle at the same time. I am shooting for about 10 more pounds of fat to loose to get me around the *% Bodyfat range. Then I will just be working to maintain what I have sweated so much to achieve this year.
