Ok, found the blog.
Today was the end of week 4 of my Insanity / Turbo Fire Hybrid. Basically I've been doing a split week of 3 Insanity (PCC, CPR & Pure Cardio) and then TF HIIT 30.
The 3rd week I added Ab RipperX on the HIIT days and I like that. I've been squeezing as hard as I can during ARX and really trying to keep a tight core during Insanity and TF.
Let's see...Sunday was halloween and I ate some candy so I decided to start the Max workouts a week early. Good choice as I'm really being challenged and working out hard. On Wed the 3rd of Nov I hit 180.0 lbs. I think the lowest I've been is 179 lbs at the end of week 3 Insanity the 1st round. This time however I'm not hearing I'm too skinny or I look sick. I've built some muscle over the year and I'm looking healthy. I've hoping to lose another 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks. It will be tough but I'll give it all I got.
Tomorrow is a rest day and I'm heading upto the lake for the day to lay some hardwood floors and winterize the cabin. I'll try to get in some Yoga (30min) if I get up early enough.
