Hi everyone, unfortunately I tend to not blog enough about my experience here with Team Beachbody. I currently have been trying out different programs to find the one I like the most. What I wanted to talk about today is more of a confession. I have done the P90X a few times, but I thought I could just get away with dieting my way. for example diet soda instead of regular soda. What has now changed for me is I have read Tony's book and have come to realize this mind set of dieting was completely wrong. For the past 2 weeks now I have followed his guidelines in his book and I have seen instant results. When I first did P90X 2 years ago I lost 40 lbs. I continued to exercise, but not as much and I did not change my eating habbits. I gained half of the weight back. I am now back down to the weight I was when I had finished P90X. I am currently 220 lbs and have lost 20 lbs since Jan 1, but most of that weight has come off my midsection after I changed my eating habbits. The purpose of this blog is to motivate you to eat properly it will make a huge difference in your results.
