Hey guys so today i signed up for Club Membership and i am so pumped. This is my first blog on teambeachbody but not in my life. I blogged for about a month on another website but now i will blog on here. If you do not know already, i have completed 150 days of P90X, 87 Days of Insanity, 25 days of Rev Abs, and now i have decided to make my own Custom workout plan combining P90X,P90X+, and Rev Abs into a killer schedule. Today i did Chest and Back followed by Mercy Abs. I burnt about 700 Calories and 87g of Fat ( according to my heart rate monitor). My Schedule goes like this: Monday- Weight Lifting followed by Mercy Abs or Ab Ripper X , Tuesday- A Cardio DVD from P90X or P90X+ followed by a Cardio DVD from Rev Abs ( Fire Up Your Abs , Power Intervals 1 or 2, Fat Burning Abs) Wednesday - Same as Monday Thursday- Abs/Core Plus Followed by X Stretch. Friday - Weight Lifting and Abs Saturday- Two Cardio DVDs like Tuesday
Its pretty hardcore especially on Tuesday and Saturday. I have dropped 1.5 inches on my waist since starting Rev Abs and now through day 10 of My custom schedule, which was about 30-35 days so im very happy.
This is a 30 day schedule and then the next month i will create a totally new and updated version so i can keep the muscle confusion going. I will mainly swap out the weight lifting dvds from phase one of P90X with phase 2 of P90X.
I Am 17 years old right Now but on the 17th i will be 18 !! YAYY~~!!!!! and i am becoming a beachbody Coach under My Best Buddy Coach Jaye ( You Da MAN). I Have so many Great People that already want me to coach them and they said they would wait until i become one. They are so awesome and so motivated, every single one of them. They go from age 15 to age 40 and up so me being 17 / 18 and being able to motivate and inspire people that are twice my age is CRAZY to me.
