Well I started my House your Body with hip hop abs tonight. Maybe I shouldn't have but I had to

do something! I did low impact all the way. I weighed myself tonight and I freaked, I am at 199 lbs!

I refuse to hit 200 mark........I know my true weight is in the morning and I may be 197 but that is still bad.

I am still trying to get it right! With my leg injury will take forever to heal, so that being said I will do baby steps

to get back up! I have to move without injuring myself even more. So I cannot not move while I heal........

I have to bring it!

Still keeping on!

 

I have been doing the walking, doing my kick boxing and taekwondo. I found out I have arthritis in my neck but it won't stop me from working out. I just have to adjust how I work out now.

Any success is on me, any draw back is on me too. So I will keep on going on! This is it!

I almost didn't exercise tonight! But I did......YaY me!!!!!!

I am so excited!

I am so excited because I am commiting myself to working out all the time. I do feel the difference when I do work out everyday compared to just working out a few times a week. plus watching what I eat makes a huge difference too. I mean I am not going crazy with diet but basically saying no to Diet Sodas and chip! I didn't give it up 100% but I am making an effort to not buy it everyday. I drink my water more and it does make my body feel fitter! So I can't wait for Beachbody to come to Canada, so I too can help support people in their efforts. I know what it is like to need support and Beachbody has given me that. All you have to do is ask!
