Well I started my House your Body with hip hop abs tonight. Maybe I shouldn't have but I had to

do something! I did low impact all the way. I weighed myself tonight and I freaked, I am at 199 lbs!

I refuse to hit 200 mark........I know my true weight is in the morning and I may be 197 but that is still bad.

I am still trying to get it right! With my leg injury will take forever to heal, so that being said I will do baby steps

to get back up! I have to move without injuring myself even more. So I cannot not move while I heal........

I have to bring it!
