Fit Club '11: Cardio Collection
Fire up 2011 with a free weekly class that uses cardio and strength-building moves designed to improve your overall fitness. Each week will feature a different workout from the Beachbody collection which will vary from Dance to Kick Boxing to High Intensity Intervals. Explore popular programs such as P90X, Brazil Butt Lift, Hip Hop Abs, and Turbo Fire, and see how muscle confusion can help build stamina and strength. A low-impact version of all exercises will be provided. If you join us, please bring water and a towel suitable for cushioning during stretches, and make sure you have your doctor's approval. Drop-ins welcome if you call ahead. See you in Fit Club!
