I'm commited to getting fit and starting The Beachbody Challenge Today!

After several ups and downs with some back problems and health issues, I'm ready to get back on track with my health and fitness goals and make some serious changes. My goal is to loose 50 pounds and hopefully win one of the spots in the Beachbody Challenge.

My P90X workouts have begun! I am one week into it and haven’t missed a workout. Surprisingly, I am not as sore as expect. Feeling good and giving it 100%. I plan to get below 200 pounds by the end of my 90 days.
