Difficult process

I'm realizing the difficulties associated with losing weight.  I've been trying for a good amount of years and nothing has stuck with me.  I'm looking for someone to keep me on track and motivate me!

My goals- well I would like to lose around 30lbs and just be healthier.. I have monitored in the past, but not much recently. I'm sure that would help, I am busy- but this I should make time for. I'm starting the ultimate reset soon, so hopefully that gives me a jump start! How are your workouts??
