Back to the gym...

I have renewed my gym membership and plan to alternate 1 week of heavy weight lifting and I week of P90x and plus.  I know some guys who have done this and seen some great results.  I would like to gain some size but, muscle only.  My weight lifting workouts will never be like they used to, slow pace, long breaks.  I will incorporate P90x's method of 4 sets or so hitting multiple body parts with no breaks.  Keep that heart rate up.  P90x has changed my ways, and I thank the creators for that!!!
