Day 1 P90X2

Very different than P90X, but very good! I love it. Have to get used to the new moves and balancing the muscle groups but I feel like I can finish it. I havent worked out hard in a long time so I am not in the best shape right now. I did pass the fit test. At least everthing but the pull ups. I have a long way to go on hoisting this large frame up over that bar. I will not give up. Thank you for your support and keep pushing play!

I see you started P90X2 again (workout calendar), how are you liking it so far?

Yeah the first time I started in December, I wasnt ready. I went and completed P90X, then restarted P90X2 and I can do the workouts now. I am excited because I know I will get great results with this one. I am building more on the foundation that I created with P90X. My wife also says she can see the difference.

Its awesome that you are ready to get into it this time, and seeing results already. I plan on doing the same thing once I'm done with P90X - take it to the next level. Thanks for the info.
