Week 1 - INSANITY - in the books!

Week 1 of INSANITY is complete -- what a great program!

The workouts are certainly a challenge, but are ridiculously addicting - and I can see how they will remain a challenge throughout the program.  If people on the video's are falling out periodically - it should be plenty challenging for just about anyone doing it for the first time.


It is a matter of how hard you can push yourself -- and I really like that about INSANITY!

Week 1 COMPLETE!

Well, Week 1 is complete, and I have to say that I am looking forward to each and every workout.  Kenpo X and X Stretch were great ends to the week... and I'm looking forward to starting over again in week two with Chest and Back.

Nutrition was great this week... stayed very balanced, and did not slip ONCE.

I have added quite a few buddies throughout the week -- thank you to all for the nice words of encouragement!  I look forward to completing Phase 1, documenting my transition story and getting started with coaching!!

Three Days...

Three days in... and all is going well.  This isn't my first time through the workouts, but I can say that Side Tri Rises are still the devil.  Love the burn, love the pump....
