It's time

First day of summer; first day back to my workout routine! Last week started slow running and stretching and some workouts at the gym. This week I started back on my workout mission. (I took the month of May off, not entirely but almost :( )

I had to ask myself. Why do I workout? Why did I stop? and finally JUST DO IT ALREADY! ... May was an extremely difficult month for me. I had a lot of things going on that eventually overwhelmed me and caused me to go into a stressed overloaded OMG am I going to get through this frantic everyday thinking pattern.

June started, I started feeling better. Things started to come together. I made my goals for the month and I am trying my hardest to stick to them.

20 days to develop a habit; 30 days to check in on my personal and health/fitness goals. Very motivated! :)
