P90X2 - WOW

Just a quick note regarding P90X2....

I am LOVING it. Is it challenging? OH YES! Is it worth it? OH YES!!

My body is feeling the challenge in a GOOD way. I am learning different moves with different workout items such as the STABILITY ball. I have not really used one of these since my FitNHealthy Journey begain in 2010. This BALL is my challenge at the moment. Am I going to give up and not use it? OH NO!!! I am going to spend time with it. We will become ONE!!!

Thank you Tony Horton and all for these new and challenging workouts!!! I am off to see what Yoga is like with X2!

May you all LOVE your stability ball!!! :)

During Round 2 of P90X I am pretending I am Tony Horton. WHY? Because I am BRINGING IT to a different level this time. By pretending I am Tony; I can push past my comfort zone and so far it is working!

I also love paying it forward with my Facebook Page:D's FitNess-Motivation-N-More.

Happy P-Day!!!

P90X Round 2

I preparation for a Warrior Dash and P90X2 I am currently on Round 2 of P90X. Round 2 comes with a defining sense of accomplishment as well as learning how to push past my limits.

1 Year Into my FitNess Journey

As of 04/08/11, I am 1 year into my own personal FitNess Journey.

WOW!!!! 1 Year and what a changed person I have become! While the numbers reflect what one can accomplish by "Bringing It", "Rev-ing It", "Pushing Play"....what they do not reflect is the personal satisfaction and over all change from the inside.

The personal feeling of accomplishment CAN NOT be under estimated! I went from BLAH to WOW! Not only is my body fit now, but I have also engulfed the "change of lifestyle into a Healthy & Mindful one. This is a HAPPY place. I was suffering from a great deal of depression and lack of self-worth.

The lifestyle change added self-worth and pride back into my heart and soul. I started to enjoy my days more and more. I exercised my way out of the FUNK I was in. There is a lot that can be said about what exercise can do for your body; but DO NOT under estimate what it can do for your mind. I was less stressed and had less anxiety. I started to FEEL GOOD AGAIN.

One of the best parts of my "anniversary" is that I have learned so much (of course there is always more to learn) that I can offer suggestions and tips to others who are starting their own FitNess Journey. The feeling of helping others is a GRAND feeling. Paying it forward is the BEST gift of all - from adults to children.

I am proud to say that my daughter is learning along side of me. She will take this mindful/healthy approach into her adult life as well. That is truly a GREAT gift to share with her. She has a more educated approach to a FitNMindFul lifestyle that she will take into her adulthood; and ultimately share with others as well. Paying It Forward as well.

WOW!!! Happy Anniversary to US!!!!

Of course - I would like also share the physical accomplishment as well.
