Diet

Starting today Im gonna drink 8 glasses on water. I have a new app on my ipod-touch and its really cool. It gives you 8 glasses on water and each time you drink a glass, it disappears from the screen. Sounds corny, but its fun and let's face it..if its fun, I'll do it.

Gotta cut back on the Cokes though. I love Cokes. I will need to get rid of them all together if I want drop the weight but I will start with baby steps.

Exercise

Gonna try a beach body dvd that a friend gave me. Its the yoga sculpting one. Hopefully it will work with all the body injuries I've attain through the years. Its 55 minutes so a now that it will be good for cardio too.

 

Doing my workout ..stopped to take a water break and to do this blog. I have forgotten to write in since I started it. I have a hard time with blogs and journels. Im enjoying the working out once I get to it. I can find 100 stupid things to have to do before I start but once I do im good. I havent stuck with the workout every day like I planned, but im not gonna stress about it. Im gonna let myself recover from 2 trips to Europe back to back and then get on a schedule. Okay, water break over.Back to the workout.

Exercise

Today I made a decision to workout at a regular time each day instead of working out a random times. I have a few months off from work and so I can get into the habit of working out at the same time. This will need to be adjusted once I start working again in a show, but I will just cross that bridge when I get to it. Wish me luck.Keeping a schedule with my eating habits and working out has always be difficult do to my work situation.

General

At the moment I'm totally into doing this and have a positive outlook. However, I really know that it's going to be hard for me to keep my goal of developing a habit of consistacy that will trip me up. Gonna keep at though no matter what.

Diet

Using the diet from the program. Im gonna go with 1400 calories a day to start. Now all I need to do is go to the grocery store and buy the food to cook. Starting to cook again will be a huge challenge for me. I never have time to prepare food for myself so this will make a big difference once I start.

I am a great cook but I havent been home to be able to do it. Hopefullly, I will be able to do that now.
