Insanity done...P90X IV: the Master Mix!

I've been lax in my blogging and I promise to be better.  Here we are some 5+ months later and I've completed P90X III and my first go-round with Insanity.  Saturday I started the newest concoction - my mix of P90X, Insanity, and One on One workouts.  My goal is to get another 10 pounds off and get ready for summer. 

Keep bringing it, diggin deeper - whatever it is you're doing!  The good news is that you ARE doing it!  Make it happen.

Eddie... I have to say YogaX is the hardest so far because I'm so not flexible. What are your tips for beginners specifically for Yoga? BTW... i'm feeling great in my first week of P90X... totally sold on this!

Did you get the Yoga One-on-One in your P90X package? That would be the solution, it's shorter. YogaX is not for everyone. It has received the most criticism of any Beachbody workout. Yoga is tough enough for beginners, 90 minutes is a beast and I had been doing yoga for about two years before P90X. Focus on the breathing techniques and do the best you can. The goal of yoga is to achieve equanimity, not to cause pain and struggle. Get as close as you can to the poses but don't force yourself to get there right away. Get there over time - there is no such thing as a perfect pose. Enjoy.
