Loving life and being a Beachbody Coach!

Beachbody is a $400 million direct marketing company specializing in health and fitness. I joined Beachbody back in April of 2007 and not only has my body changed, my life has changed as a whole person. I am now a better mother and leader at work and in my community. I have also been given the opportunity to change the lifes of many other people by either helping them loose weight or make money. I am building a strong team of Beachbody Coaches who are dedicated to Beachbody's mission to help others achieve their goals and lead more fulfilling lives. I am looking for more people to join our team who a committed to being the best they can be and who want to help others be the best they can be by sharing all of Beachbody's products and the business opportunity. Are you the person I am looking for? Are you compelled to help people? Do you want to live a more fullfilling life? I can help you reach your goals by showing you how Beachbody is the vehicle that will take to new journeys in life that you only have dreamed of. Contact me and I will show you how...

I just purchased the Asylum/Insanity package and Shakeology for the first time. I have been running 20-30 miles a week training for a marathon, of late. I used the maple syrup cleanse once and it worked well, but I do not want to lose too much from my system with all the running. The maple syrup cleanse seemed to flush everything and although not dehydrated with all the water I was drinking, I felt I lost all the lytes and minerals from my system. Do you know how much of that you lose from the Shakeology cleanse?

Thanks,
A new coach, Kevin2011

That's good question Kevin. Let me see if I can find someone with the answer. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I didn't realize that someone had actually looked at my Blog ;-)

Here is what my good friend and mentor Cori Ann had to say:

NONE with MY modified version. Truly it isn't a typical cleanse at all. For your activity level, you would be eating a little more than 2,500 calories a day, 2 full meals, 3 snacks, and 3 Shakeology shakes during the 3-Day-Modified cleanse, then that would be altered slightly during the last 7 days if you are doing the 10-Day-Fatblast. Because it is not a true cleanse at all.... You don't experience the typical problems associated with a true cleanse. What it IS is my sneaky way of showing people the proper way to eat in order to fuel the body fro maximum efficiency. You don't lose electrolytes with this program, you typically gain them through proper nutrition. You don't lose energy due to a low cal diet, you gain energy because your body is operating more efficiently by eating foods that work WITH your body instead of taxing it. Try it Connie if you haven't already. Nothing prove it better than how you feel while you're on it. Make sure to follow EVERY recommendation. Even the little things count, like water, timing, types of fish, types of tea, etc. Go for the higher activity level program and watch your workouts get even stronger, not weaker. emoticon
