I couldn't get over the hump, until now...

I use the slimming formula tablets, the shakeology, and either the whey protein or the meal replacement shakes for during the day, then you can eat a sensible dinner, while your in weight loss mode. After you reach your goal you can use them for just one meal a day and eat 2 other sensible meals.

After a the first year I wasn't seeing what I wanted so I started working out before I ate anything, had a recovery shake to ward off sore musles, then showered then had a protein/shakeology drink for brunch. After a week I began to see results. This of course is while working out some way everyday sometimes 2 workouts, like a tape and the gym. But, I made it over the hump.

It really depends on what you want to see. I assume you women want to firm up and get lean while learning how to eat better. It's like you thought tho, just cutting out the fast food and the fries helps. At first I even cut out breads, potatoes and rice for a while.

Most of these tapes that are posted come with great recipe booklets and workout calendars for you to follow.

Why lie

Let's face it ladies. Men care about how we look. They meet us, get to know us and then fall in love with us. Because of society they've after time in a relationship, learn to lie about how we look. If they are honest we casterize them, hold them as unfeeling, hurtful, cruel, or a cad.

We ask them how we look and weather to save us, or to save themselves, they lie. Men are however, forgiving of us during Stress, childbirth, and aging they are forgiving as life changes happen. But, truth be told, they really care about how we look. How we change. It's how we look to them.

It is our responsibility to ourselves first, then to them to look good, feel good, not to vere to far from how we were when they met us, when they fell in love with us, when they married us.

Just as we care about how they look. How they weather the storms that life has to throw are way. How they age. We care too. Love them, for telling the truth so that we look at ourselves.

Flappy Wings

As the sunshines today, it reminds me that riding weather may come sooner this year then later. Last year the first time we took our Harley out, as we crested Snoqualmie pass a car pulled up beside us and a little boy was waving and laughing as he drove by. Just as his car past us I looked at my husband in his rear view mirror and saw that the little boy was laughing at my flabby arms waving back at him in the wind......

Not this year, no way. For the last year I have been jogging/speed walking about 3-3 1/2 miles about 6 days a week, eating better and detoxifying my body. I have been so focused on reshaping the pair shape that runs rampid in my family that I had not thought much about my upper body. UNTIL NOW.

So yesterday I took out my favorite "Mix it up" with Debbie Sebers tape and did her hour workout. I was a little sore this morning, but got up before the kids and worked out again, oh my my. After I took the boys to school I headed to the gym for my 3 miles with recovery drink in hand. Oh my my I'm sore.

So I'm on a mission. To be fit from head to toe.
