Continuing the Journey with insanity and starting Asylum

AWESOME day! Started with an incredible chocolate, peanut butter and banana Shakeology on the way to work... The students were actually good today (well some of them) ending with an awesome workout with Shaun T Insanity Asylum Speed and Agility DAY 1...it was a fun and intense workout but we did it!

Came home took a long hot shower put my pjs on and ate dinner...great finish to a great day.

This will be my first week of doing both Insanity and Asylum.  Going to do Asylum in the morning 5:30 a.m before work and Insanity afterwork 3:30 p.m.

This is the last 3 weeks of Insanity.

I have to start eating more and more etc... don't want to lost weight just get more lean and toned.

Continuing the Journey Day 12 of Insanity in the books

Continuing to Dig Deep with the Insanity... Our fit club has been going strong each day with Insanity.  

The group is getting stronger and more eager to get to the next day.  Some days are hard to start but once you hear the music you immediately start moving..and what a feeling when you finish....ahhhhhh accomplishment!

Day 7-12 are in the books...I have noticed my abs getting more defined and my legs (espcially hamstrings) getting tight...summer here I come.  

It is great hearing everyone discuss the changes they can see and feel in their bodies... thanks Beachbody!

 

Fit Clubs 2 and 3 are alternating from Hip Hop Abs and SLim in 6.  These groups are pushing hard moving closer  to their goals.  I am having a wonderful time sharing these workouts with groups...fun seeing everyone working hard and enjoying each other's company.

Today... push ups with the medicine balls with the kids and later fit club P90X2 Plyocide.... great day!

Continuing the Journey

Today was Day 6 (maybe 5 such a long week i can't remember lol) of Insanity....Pure Cardio was a great workout. The class contunes to grow with energetic people wanting to sweat! Great working out with such an intense program and friends to keep you accountable and motivated to keep coming back. Great job laldies!

 The fit club today did Insanity at 3:30, the 4:30 moved up to Ramp It Up! and in the room across the hall was Jamming to Les Mills Step. The 5:30 completed Slim in 6 Start it Up.  

Today I only completed Insanity Pure Cardio and the 5:30 Slim in 6 Start it up instead of all of them..

 

I am addicted to Beachbody! I feel great and having a blast seeing so many people enjoying working out!

Let the Journey Begin

Today was a lot like yesterday...great workouts! my fav class over to workout later in the morning today was Les Mills Combat for about 30 min. they did awesome..., afterschool fit club Insanity Power and resistance, 430 group Slim in 6 and 1 mile walk  oh I forgot during the 4:30 group there were two rooms going...one Slim in 6 and one Les Mills Combat. It was fun going from one room to the other...awesome seeing everyone working hard and enjoying the workouts even tho they were a little tough...Great job everyone!

and last but not less 530 workout 2.5 mile walk and then to FPC to watch theTrack and Field District tournament...Congrats FPC awesome job!...
