Week 5

Phase 2 Strength

 

1.  Chest + Back + Balance & Ab Ripper:  getting stronger each time I perform this workout.  Love all the balance challenges...I can go much deeper in the puch ups with the 4 balls.  pretty excited...  The pull ups were very interested and always love push ups and the med balls made it more challenging

2.  PlyocideL  Love this exercise...i enjoy any jump training workouts...

3.  Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility    took the rest but probably should have done the recovery

4.  X2 Shoulders + Arms & X2 Ripper another favorite!

5.  X2 Yoga not a fan of Yoga but doing it and loving the results 

6.  Base + Back & X2 Ab Ripper another fun one...I guess this is just an aweseom program all together

7. Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility

How do I get a progress calendar showing what work outs to do? Like I want to get stronger and build my chest while loose the belly fat.. Something that shows what disc to put in for the first 30 days... then the next 30 days, then the next 30 days

How are you doing? Long time no hear from...
Did you get a calendar with your program? How are you doing with your goal?

If you go to the Get Fit tab on your Beachbody site it will give you worksheets that will let you now what to do each week. Let me know if this helps
