Week 5 Starting push Phase

Today is Day 1 of the Push Phase. Looking forward to get my butt kicked by Chalene. Although I missed one week of the Burn Phase I decided to move forward. LAsst week no workouts were missed and some spinning was throw in the mix. No Weight lost but I was able to up the weight in most excercises. I think I was underming my strenght. Won't do it anymore. Most of the time I aim for 12 reps when I think I needed to aim for failure at 10. Most of the time I didnt even fail at 12.

 

Nutrition is always a struggle mostly during weekends and lunch time. I will up my game since I want to reach my goal and submit my transformations story. SO I will take pictures today and take measurements.

 

Day 1 Here I go again! / Aqui vamos de nuevo.

Once again I starting my 90 days journey with Chalean Extreme. I tried it las summer but never finished it for different reasons but NO EXCUSES, I just didnt commit. So this team tie I am looking my goal right at the face I will commit to this program and more importantly to my nutrition.

Una vez mas estoy empezando mi trayecto de 90 dias con Chalean Extreme. Lo comence el verano pasado pero no termine por razones que no vale la penda mencionar pero SIN EXCUSAS, la realidad es que no me comprometi con mi meta. Pero esta vez estoy 100% comprometida a terminar el programa y llevar una buena nutricion.

Week 2 Chalean Extreme

Week 2 began...although I missed most of the workout of Week 1, cause life gets in my way! No excuses! But I am moving on and pushing play.

I am increasing the weight cause I am not reaching failure in my upper body. Lower Body is another history, I am reaching failure but way sooner that upper so I have to see how to balance things.

Comenzo la semana 2...aunque perdi algunos de las rutinas de la semana 1....la vida se interpone! Pero sin excusas. Sego adelante y presionando "PLAY"

Voy aumentar el peso ya que no estoy llegando al punto de falla de mis musculos en los brazos y espalda. Mis piernas son otra historia esas si llegan a sentir la quemazon pero mucho antes que los brazos y espalda asiq ue tengo que encontrar la forma de nivelar mi cuerpo.

ChaLEAN Extreme Round 1 Day 1: 6/19/2011 Quien se une? / WHo's In?

Today is actually Day 3 Burn Circuit 2....this morning I almost fainted and puked during the workout. No idea why. I was pushing but not too hard so I think is maybe that I am out shape. ANyhow I stop gather myself, and kept going until I finish.

Still need to get organized workout wise since I want to add an extra cardio session each day. ALso I need to up my game with my nutrition.

Hoy casi me desamayo y vomito durante los ejercicios. No se porque! Estaba esforzandome pero no demasiado asi que quizas sea por que estoy fuera de forma. De todos modos pare, respire profndo y cuanod me senti mejor continue hasta que termine la rutina.

Aun tengo que organizar mis rutinas ya que quiero añadir una session de cardio todos los dias. Tambien necesito comporometerme mas con mi nutricion.

 

Insanity Round One Completed!

Am very proud of myself!  Officially began on 7/19 my first round of Insanity and finished on 9/19. My results: 4lbs and 5 inches lost and my fit test numbers improved.
