False Start

As I started RevAbs a head cold and the high pollen count in Tennesse brought on a whopper of a sinus infection and I found myself in no shape to excercise...so I'm restarting the program as of today. Not great, but I'm happy to be healthy again. I have continued the Shakeology and sampled the protein bars. Both products are excellent. Can't wait to see how the bloodwork is affected by the Shakeology and excercise regimen.  

Fit Fifties-2

...where was I...oh, yeah, when I saw a familiar name on my work schedule. That would be Rich Taub, who is now my upline Coach. I hadn't seen Rich in awhile, maybe 6 months or so and when we met in Operations before the flight I noticed that he had changed a bit since last time. When I commented on that at some point later, he said he had lost 30 pounds and was working out on a regular basis. In short, Rich was in the first stage of making a real, positive change in his level of personal fitnes and his life and had found a program with a systematic approach that was Road Warrior friendly. Just what I needed to meet my own fitness goals.

I didn't sign up right away but I did sample various workouts and Shakeology. Rich showed me the WOWY Gym and website(s). Very impressive, as were the physical results I was getting from just sampling the workouts.

After about two weeks I joined the team as a Coach and started learning the ropes. I am still learning and will be for awhile...old dogs and new tricks comes to mind but I'm sure it will all fall into logical place because it is a high quality, effective program.

I'm very excited about being a part of it! 

Fit Fifties

Staying Fit in your Fifties can be a challenge. At least it has been for me. Turning 30 and then 40 were just bumps in the road and as I cruised through my 40's I thought "what's all the fuss about getting older?" At the ripe old age of 48 I injured myself during a workout and limped into my 50's not yet fully recovered and definitely not on my game. I tried various workouts and activities featured in a popular health and fitness magazine and did, well...OK, I guess. It WAS a motivator. I DID learn alot about nutrition, the newest workouts and science. I still subscribe. But I'm really not in the target market at my age, so I had been looking for something better for some time when ...
