I've pushed my way through another round of P90X but this time with my lovely wife (MrsJPete) and we've had a great round. Real life has really challenged our schedule lately with two sons playing baseball and now into their All-Star post season play. I'm platued out at around 212lbs and 14% body fat right now. I recognize that I've got to get more disciplined in the kitchen from this point on.
Next chapter: Insanity workouts starts on June 21st. I know Power 90 and P90X has put me in much better shape than I was but I'm still a bit anxious about starting Insanity. On the other hand, I'm pumped to get started and get in the best cardio condition ever. I've still got this belly to flatten out so here we go. Abs are solid underneath, just have to define them so everyone can see them. ;-)
