Tai Cheng six weeks

On March 1, 2012 I fell and hurt my back. This stop my high effort on exercise. I bought Tai Cheng a month later and have lost 22 pounds in five weeks. But better yet the amount of pain by 95%. My doctor suggest I use a roller like in Tai Cheng and I explain what I was doing. Keep it up was his advice. I highly recommend Tai Cheng for reducing pain and weight loss. As a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do I always loved the forms and Tai Cheng come close enough for someone my age to do.
To begin again on the journey

For the next 30 I am jump starting my program.  I have found a buddy to workout with and planning meals and snack.

Working hard today

Work hard toward my goals. today.  Physical, mentally and spirituality.  I work on a new youtube under the name garywittmann which I try to do every Sunday but have had a computer crash which made me miss some videos to put up. Learning new things with the software and experimenting with it. best wishes to all.

400 Milestone

Last March I join beachbodyy and today marks my 400 workout session.  I am going to keep this up, maybe one day I will reach 1000. 

remotivate myself.

After being injured and being off the program.  I have had to remotivate myself  in the last two weeks I have lost 11 pounds.  I am very happy with that.  I set a goal for my doctor appointment to lose 20 pounds.  So I am on my way
