Moving to Phase 3/4 today!

I have decided to move my workouts to Power 90 Phase 3/4 starting today.  I had begun this phase, but went down last week to phase 1/2 and recommitted to pushing hard for the entire week.  I was able to workout the entire 6 days on phase 1/2 and am moving back up to push even harder with phase 3/4. 

My brother, who lives in Washington, is also moving up to Phase 3/4 effective today and I am doing the same routine as he.  This is an exciting time for me right now, because I am starting to feel and see results in the mirror, in my clothes, and how I am feeling.

Gotta keep going!
