On the road again.......

I seem to be back on the road to good health again.  After much termoil and life changing events in my personal life, I am now getting back into a routine.

Along with joining my local gym a few weeks ago, I have also hired a personal trainer and am having sessions with her twice a week.  In addition, am on the treadmill run/walking 4-5x/week as well as aerobic sessions. I hvae the P90X DVDS and am peppering them into the gym schedule, as well.

For food intake, I am following a high protein/high fiber/low carb diet.

In the area of support.....I am on a weight loss team at work, so am getting support from my team, as well as getting support from a good friend.
