Plyo Curcuit...getting better with the plank exercises. Robin HR @ 180 & Victor HR @ 146. Mountain climbers are tough!

Pure Cardio...we each wore heart rate monitors (Robin up to 199) and (Victor up to 150).

INSANITY Day 7

Cardio Resistance...we look forward to getting past the warm-ups and stretching.

INSANITY Day 6

Back to Plyo...well, the warm-up wasn't as killer, but the rest of the workout, especially the plank rotation, is intense!

INSANITY Day 4

Pure Cardio...thankfully it was a short workout because we were burning out. Gotta love being in your max heart rate for an entire workout - who needs a break?
