Slim & Limber = STREEEETCH!!

OK, my chiropractor has told me to ONLY stretch, as I keep pulling out my back by really doing nothing I can pinpoint to be the cause. One time, it was moving a LOT of boxes when we moved, second time was during a TF HIIT workout when I twisted, and lastly, when I was helping my huby build up the sea wall with rocks on the holiday. Ugh. Been in pain since, but the visit to the doc yesterday filled the bill, I can tell I am getting back to the correct adjustment. Guess it's gotta get worse before it gets better, as far as alignment is concerned. So Slim in Six's SLIM & LIMBER worked GREAT for my stretch today. I also have a more intense Tony Horton yoga planned for Friday. So bummed I have to skip the Super Saturday workout, was gonna be a Turbo Fire one. Anyone in Honolulu reading this? If so, come join all us crazy Beachbody people for a Super Saturday session in Waikiki with a live workout following. Write me or eme for more details!! I will be there, limping or not. Thanks, John, on my way already. Just gotta keep it stretched out and limbered up so I don't keep re-doing the same old injury. Just very annoying! You are doign great, by the way! Keep on rollin'!! :-)
