Ready for Phase 2

Core Synergistics this morning and it's getting a little easier!  I'm amazed at how much stronger I am in just 4 weeks.  I made it through most of the push up sequences with the exception of prison cell push ups and my core is so much stronger than when I first started.  I have to say that Superman/Banana is the most entertaining part of that workout. :)

2 more days and I'll be wrapping up this first Recovery Week and moving on to Phase 2!   I didn't do the Yoga on my scheduled days, I subbed in Turbo Fire.  I can't seem to commit to Yoga just yet...I need more action.

Wrapping up Wk 2

Would you like to find out how out of shape you really are?  Pop in  P90X Core Synergistics and it will show you!  OH MY, it killed me!  However, I do know that next time I do it, it will be easier....a little :)

So I'm wrapping up my 2nd week and I have to say it's been a tough one.  We had company last weekend through the first of the week and of course we went out to eat A LOT...and if you were watching from the outside you wouldn't have even known I was trying to eat healthy.  The last 2 days have been better though :)  My P90X/Turbo Fire has turned into mainly P90X because my hubby decided to join me.  I'm not a big fan of working out in the evening but I am excited about having a workout partner!  We're going to start the classic schedule from the begining on Monday.  Taking before pics and measurements this weekend.

FINAL RESULTS FROM MY SHAKEOLOGY CLEANSE:  Drum roll please.....

148.6  DOWN 5.6 lbs

I'm not going to lie, it was really hard sticking to my cleanse this weekend.  It was a snowy, stay under the covers kinda day here in Louisiana and I wanted to eat all day long.  I'm really glad I stuck to my guns because it was SO worth it! I actually feel empowered that I made it through this weekend and I'm ready to hit the week hard.  My body isn't craving sugar and carbs and I'm feeling lighter on my feet...an AWESOME feeling! 

BTW, next time I will be cleansing during the week...wkends are too hard for me.
