I spent some time today reading my journal entries, since starting my journey to fitness with TBB. It brought back memories to scan through the different weeks and recall what were challenges at the beginning of Slim in Six; for instance, I remember how I used to struggle to get through one workout without feeling awful. Today, I have other challenges, such as how much weight to lift, but I can definitely workout for about an hour and really enjoy it as I also enjoy the results of increased energy and decreased inches. So far since May of 08', I have completed the full program of Slim in Six, followed by several consistent weeks of Slim Series and six weeks (so far) of P90. I have also have worked in routines with Shaun T and Chalene, here and there throughout these many months. I am enjoying the variety although I do alternate between cardio and weight bearing workouts, regardless of the trainer I am using for that day.
