Slim In 6

I never gave a complete chance in 2007.  I regretted it then.  I knew that one day I would go for it and do it properly.  October 2011 was that opportunity.  After recovering from my injuries, I KNEW that Slim In 6 would be the first stepping stone on my way to whatever I choose to do next.  A stepping stone, per say.  Slim In 6 was challenging, especially the exercises working your core and back.  Those exercises are where I struggled the most in the beginning because I never really "worked" those areas hard enough.  I gave up.  This time, I pushed through.  But by the last workout, I really LOVED those exercises.  The reason why I loved them is because my waist and hips SHRUNK from doing them!  The day after I completed Slim In 6, I couldn't WAIT to take after photos and take measurements.  The AFTER photo is on my profile.  My weight remained the same, my biceps increased a little, my waist is smaller, my hips are smaller.  There's more definition in my triceps and forearms - and I love it!  Here's the best part of all - I lost 10% bodyfat!  I wanted more!!  The day after I completed Slim In 6, I began Slim Series Express.  A new challenge, a new change.

Good for you James, I'm so proud of you. I guess we both have something to celebrate,huh? I know you are gonna do fine on the slim series express. You've alredy proved you could complete a monster workout in slim in six. Keep moving forward in your journey and I'll join you as soon as I'm able.
