Day 4 Total Body and Ab X2

Day 4 Total Body and Ab X2

Total Body was hard. I aint gonna lie. Very Core intense. I only did round one. Stability muscle are gonna get a make over baby. I will get better is what I had to say to myself.

 

Ab X2 was intense too. Got to watch it or I could easily strain my back. Keep it tight.

Day 3 Recovery + Mobility

This is a wonderful dvd. Much needed and very helpful. I have been using foam roller for about a year now and love the response i get from it. I also incorporate a med ball and a "Kong" I stole from my dogs(dont worry they have a couple of them) to get to places the roller wont.

 

Love this dvd.

 

Day 2 Plyocide X2

Day 2: Plyocide. 710 calories burned

 

I am really liking the warmups. I am feeling warm and have a small sweat going.

 

Workout is good. I like it. Probably cuz it is new to me. Struggled through some of the moves cuz they are new.  Legs will feel it tomorrow.

 

Cool down/stretching. There needs to be more instruction and demo on the using the bands. I know it is my responsibility but I didnt wrap the band and it snapped me in the chest.... HARD.  I like cool down and stretch.

 

Liking X2.

Day 1 P90X2 X2 core

First workout for X2 was Core X2. I had just come off a two week recovery. It is always tough restarting after taking time off. But, my body needed the rest.

 

X2 Core - new warmup was nice. I enjoyed it. I was definitely warm and ready to go when workout started. The workout had alot of new moves and it was kind of rough to keep up. But being the first time through that is to be expected. Im sure i'll be sore in a day or two. Coold down was also new so i  enjoyed that.

 

All in all I liked it. Got a good sweat and felt like I had done something.
